Directory Policies

 

The Metcalf PTO Directory is intended to support open communication between Metcalf families and the PTO. Parents/Guardians, students, and teachers/staff members are the intended audience. 

 

We ask that you honor the privacy of those within and NOT share someone else's information or use it in any way to harm another. The PTO Board reserves the right to remove anyone from the directory or the website that is found to violate the spirit of this information sharing platform.

 

If you have concerns about this policy, please reach out to the PTO Board

 

At any time members may adjust their public information by following these procedures.

 

  • Login to http://metcalfpto.membershiptoolkit.com
  • Click My Account
  • Click Directory & Publish Preferences
  • Select YES from dropdown menu and check any information you would like to include OR Select NO from the dropdown menu to exclude all of your information from the directory.
